- 1 c. sugar
- 5 c. unsalted all-purpose flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

3In large mixing bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4Beat in flour (1 cup at a time), until well mixed.

5Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.

6Pat each piece evenly into bottom of pan with hands.

7With tines of fork, prick dough all over to prevent bubbles.
