- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Unsalted
- 5 whole Eggs
- 5 Tablespoons Milk
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

1Heat a medium non stick skillet on medium heat. (Do not use cast iron or your eggs will turn green). Get the skillet nice and hot about 3 minutes. I use a medium-large skillet so the eggs will spread out.

2Add butter to your skillet.

3Crack eggs into a bowl and add the milk , dash of salt, and dash of pepper. Lightly beat about 30 seconds.

4Pour your eggs into the heated skillet and let them settle about 30 seconds. Now take your spatula and shove eggs from the side of the skillet you are on to the opposite side, now reverse, and come back towards you. Then flip, but do not stir. Continue this till no liquid is visible about 2 minutes. However, if you like your eggs more done and a little on the hard and tasteless side then you may cook longer. Turn off burner and let the eggs sit 30 seconds. The heat will finish cooking the eggs. Immediatly move to a plate.
