- 12 large green pepper
- 12 large red pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and colby cheese

1Slice and cook bacon.

2Drain most of the bacon grease, then saute veggies in bacon grease.

3Add scrambled eggs and continue to cook until almost done, then add most of the cheese.

4Serve with remainder of cheese sprinkled on top of each serving.
