  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 4 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Directions

    Cook and stir mushrooms and peppers in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3-4 min.

    or until peppers are crisp-tender.

    Add egg product.

    Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; mix well.

    Cook 3-5 min.

    or until set, stirring frequently.

    Add salsa; mix well.

    Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min., stirring occasionally.

    Spoon 1/4 of the egg mixture on each tortilla; roll up.
