- 2 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Scramble eggs in butter until fluffy.

2Place in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

3Add bacon, pepper, onion, mushrooms and soup. Top with grated cheese.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
