Scrambled Egg Casserole

- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 doz. eggs, beaten
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Saute ham and onion in 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet until onion is tender.

2Add eggs and cook over medium-high heat; stir to form large, soft curds.

3When eggs are set, stir in Cheese Sauce (recipe follows).

4Spoon eggs into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Sprinkle with paprika and chill overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.

7Serves 8.
