  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a skillet, brown sausage and drain. In a bowl, beat eggs and add onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen.
