  • 1 tablespoon Mayo as desired

    Preheat skillet on medium high heat

    Combine Eggs, milk & salt/pepper in mixing bowl being sure to break all to yolks

    Pour into skillet and add more salt/pepper.

    Cook on medium high heat, stirring to scramble until done.

    Prepare bread with mayo & pepper and add eggs.
