  • 1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1 tsp. reduced sugar jam, jelly or preserves
  • 1 medium orange
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf

Directions

    Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.

    Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; scramble until eggs are cooked through.

    Serve with toast spread with margarine and jelly.
