- 1/2 lb. fresh tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 6 Tbsp. cooking oil

1Beat eggs; add salt.

2Heat 4 tablespoons oil in pan and pour in eggs.

4Heat remaining 4 tablespoons oil in another pan.

5Add tomatoes and saute until bubbly.
