  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 3/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 2 lb. tofu, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
