1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon vodka optional
1 package seasoning mix Italian Salad Dressing
cooking spray such as Pam

COMBINE juice, vodka, olive oil and seasoning mix

POUR over salmon and refrigerate, covered for 1 hour.

DRAIN marinade from salmon and discard the marinade

PREHEAT grill to medium heat

SPRAY salmon fillet with cooking spray and place on heated grill. Grill for 6 minutes on each side, until fish reaches 158F on food thermometer (fish will flake easily when tested with a fork
