  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Beat in each ingredient in order as listed until smooth.

    Pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.

    Turn oven off and leave pan in oven with door cracked for 2 hours. Refrigerate. Top with strawberry, blueberry, cherry or apricot pie filling.
