  • 2 bunches turnip greens
  • 1 bunch mustard greens
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 lb. salt pork, cut into pieces
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Cook onion, red pepper flakes and salt pork in water in a very large Dutch oven.

    Wash all greens carefully and add to pot.
