Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to season
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can (8 oz.) creamed corn
- chopped parsley (garnish)
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2Skin fillets and cut in pieces about 1 inch square.

3In a 3-quart saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.

4Add the potatoes, water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

5Add the fish and simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, and potatoes are tender.

6Add the milk and corn.

7Heat but do not boil.

8Serve hot; garnish with parsley.
