  • 1 (7 oz.) can seafood
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pickle
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 buttered hamburger buns
  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
  • 8 rich round crackers, crushed (1/3 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges (optional)

Directions

    Place fish fillets in a single layer in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
