  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c. pear juice
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 c. mashed pears, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 3 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot pear juice.

    Add cream cheese (softened) and blend until smooth.

    Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Add Cool Whip and beat until light and fluffy.

    Fold in fruit and nuts.

    Pour in mold and chill until firm.
