  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Beat egg white until foamy.

    Mix in sugar and vanilla.

    Fold in pecans.

    Drop on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

    Turn oven off and leave in oven for 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven.
