  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. crabmeat
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1 Tbsp. shallots
  • 7 Tbsp. butter
  • 10 Tbsp. cooking sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper.

    In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.

    Add flour and stir.

    Add milk and remaining sherry.

    Stir constantly until thickened.

    Put in casserole.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 400°.
