- 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1 Tbsp. shallots
- 7 Tbsp. butter
- 10 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes.

2Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper.

3In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.

4Add flour and stir.

5Add milk and remaining sherry.

6Stir constantly until thickened.

7Put in casserole.

8Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 400°.
