Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mushroom pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. precooked rice
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. shrimp
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. crab meat
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute until tender all vegetables.

    Mix with soups, rice, pepper and cream.

    Fold in shrimp and crab.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle with almonds and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
