- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Place celery, onion and butter in a 1 1/2-quart ovenware casserole dish.

2Cook celery and onions 7 minutes or until soft, stirring well twice.

3Stir in chili powder.

4Continue cooking for 1 minute.

5Stir in stuffing mix and olives.

6Beat egg slightly with water in a small bowl.

7Pour over stuffing mixture.

8Toss lightly until evenly moist.

9Cover casserole.

10Continue cooking 3 minutes.

11Total cooking time: 11 minutes.
