Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 c. rice, parboiled
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 small pkg. frozen shrimp salad
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup plus 1 can milk
- 1 pkg. imitation crab
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1In skillet, saute onion and celery until transparent.

2In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, sour cream, shrimp, crab and rice. Add celery and onion.

3Add salt, pepper and parsley.

4Mix well. Do not beat.

5Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 325° until rice is done and firm. Sprinkle cheese on top and finish baking (5 to 10 minutes) until lightly brown.
