- 1 lb. cod or other fish, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1 pt. cream or milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 slices bacon (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions, add potatoes and water, cook 10 minutes.
