Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. finely cut salt pork
  • 1/4 c. finely cut onion
  • 2 (7 oz. each) cans clams and lobster
  • 2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook pork in large frying pan for 1 or 2 minutes.

    Add onion; cook until golden, stirring 2 or 3 times.

    Drain seafood in sieve; save liquid.

    Add seafood liquid and potatoes to pork mixture.
  5. 5
    Cook, covered, until potatoes are thoroughly heated. Mince seafood with knife and add milk and seasonings to pork mixture.

    Heat slowly to serving temperature.

    Makes 4 servings.
