- 1/4 c. finely cut salt pork
- 1/4 c. finely cut onion
- 2 (7 oz. each) cans clams and lobster
- 2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook pork in large frying pan for 1 or 2 minutes.

2Add onion; cook until golden, stirring 2 or 3 times.

3Drain seafood in sieve; save liquid.

4Add seafood liquid and potatoes to pork mixture.

5Cook, covered, until potatoes are thoroughly heated. Mince seafood with knife and add milk and seasonings to pork mixture.

6Heat slowly to serving temperature.

7Makes 4 servings.
