Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped scallops
  • 1/2 c. chopped clams or 1/2 c. canned clams
  • 1/2 c. Maine shrimp
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1 c. water
  • salt, pepper and thyme to your taste
  • 2 chicken bouillon pkg.
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Add all the ingredients except milk.

    Simmer on low until onion is tender. Add milk and simmer.

    Top with a teaspoon of butter per serving. Serve with oyster crackers or bread.
