- 1 lb. bluefish
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. melted butter
- 2 c. potatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style yellow corn
Directions

1Thaw fish; skin fish and cut into 1-inch square pieces.

2In saucepan, fry onion in butter until cooked.

3Add potatoes, water, salt, pepper and fish.

4Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

5Add milk and corn.

6Heat again.

7Serve with cornbread.
