  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3/4 lb. chowder fish, chopped to 3/4-inch
  • 1/4 c. small peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 c. bay scallops
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 c. butter/margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. half and half

    In a large pan saute the onion; add celery, potatoes, fish, shrimp, scallops and lemon juice.

    Simmer until potatoes are tender.
