Ingredients

  • 6 ounces butter or 6 ounces margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb crawfish or 1 lb seafood
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of potato soup
  • 12 teaspoon Accent seasoning
  • Frank's red hot sauce
  • seasoning salt
  • 14 cup mozzarella-provolone cheese blend
  • 14 cup shallot

Directions

    Melt Butter over low heat.

    Add Flour, Blend Together.

    Add Onions.

    Saute until wilted.

    Add remaining ingredients, and cook on Medium Heat for 40 minutes.
