- 1 lb crawfish or 1 lb seafood
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 cups milk
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of potato soup
- 12 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- Frank's red hot sauce
- seasoning salt
- 14 cup mozzarella-provolone cheese blend
- 14 cup shallot
Directions

1Melt Butter over low heat.
