- 1 (12 oz.) nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 c. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can King crabmeat, drained
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can cocktail shrimp, drained
Directions

1In a blender, combine nonfat cottage cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

2Remove from blender and mix in seafood.

3Cover and chill.

4Serve with nonfat saltine crackers. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
