  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or lobster (or combination)
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. dry fettucini
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter until bubbly.

    Add cream and Parmesan cheese; cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.

    Add seafood and seasoning; heat about 5 minutes.

    Pour over cooked fettucini and toss.

    Add more cheese, if desired.
