- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or lobster (or combination)
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. dry fettucini
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter until bubbly.

2Add cream and Parmesan cheese; cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.

3Add seafood and seasoning; heat about 5 minutes.

4Pour over cooked fettucini and toss.

5Add more cheese, if desired.
