  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
  • 2 1/2 qt. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
  • 1 lb. crabmeat or 2 cans crabmeat
  • 2 lb. shrimp, raw and peeled
  • 1 pt. oysters with liquid

    Mix flour and oil together in a 4-cup measure. Microwave on High 7 minutes.
