Ingredients
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. white crab meat
- 2 lb. medium shrimp
- 1 c. chopped bell peppers
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions (fine)
- 2 c. half and half cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. chopped processed cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
Directions

1Cook lasagna until done.

2Saute green peppers, mushrooms and onions in butter for approximately 5 minutes.

3Add flour and blend in well.

4Add half and half and sherry wine.

5Stir until mixture is smooth.

6Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, egg yolks and processed cheese.

7Stir until cheese melts, then add shrimp and crabmeat.

8Mix Mozzarella and Parmesan in a bowl.

9Set aside.

10Put a thin layer of seafood sauce into the bottom of a large casserole dish.

11Place a layer of noodles next.

12Cover with a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with mixed cheese and spot with the Ricotta cheese. Repeat for second layer.

13Finish with noodles, cheese and sauce. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until cheese is melted.
