- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 lb. shelled, cooked shrimp
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Saute onion in butter. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in next 5 ingredients.

2In another bowl, mix soup, milk and wine.

3Fold in seafood. In

4greased 9 x 13-inch pan, put 3 noodles side by side to make a single layer. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture and 1/3 seafood mixture. Repeat 2 more times.

5Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (covered). Top with Cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more or until hot and bubbly.

6Let stand 10 minutes.
