- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 3/4 tsp. tarragon
- 3 c. prepared white sauce
- 2 c. (8 oz.) low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, crabmeat, firm fish fillets or combination of all
Directions

1Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions.

2Add tarragon to prepared white sauce.

3In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the noodles, 1/2 the seafood, 1/3 each of the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and the white sauce; repeat.

4Top with remaining noodles, white sauce and cheeses.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

7Makes 8 to 10 servings.
