- 8 large lasagna noodles
- 1 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain well.

2Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Saute onion in butter in skillet.

4Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

5Spread one-half of the mixture over the noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine in bowl.

6Stir in shrimp and crabmeat.

7Spread one-half of mixture over cottage cheese layer.

8Repeat layers again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

9Top with the shredded sharp cheese and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese has melted.

10Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
