  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. white wine (optional)
  • 2/3 lb. scallops, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.

    Add cream cheese, egg, Ricotta, basil and pepper.

    Set aside. Mix mushroom soup, wine, scallops, shrimp, crab and Parmesan cheese. Layer 3 noodles in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread seafood mixture on top of noodles.

    Layer 3 more noodles.

    Spread cheese mixture on top.

    Layer remaining noodles.

    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and decorate with a few shrimp.

    Cover and bake in 325° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
