  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium red pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. great garlic*
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
