- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. green onions
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
- 1 lb. shrimp, crabmeat or crawfish
Directions

1Cook shrimp or crabmeat or crawfish.

2Heat on low fire the tomato soup and cream cheese.

3Add gelatin to hot soup.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Pour into a well oiled mold.

6Chill until firm.

7Serve with chips or crackers.
