  • 8 oz. pkg. crabmeat, chopped fine
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag Tostitos white corn chips
  • paprika

Directions

    Spread chips out on plate in single layer.

    Layer crab meat, then cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

    Microwave just until cheese melts, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Makes about 2 or 3 platefuls of nachos.
