Ingredients

  • 3 -4 cups angel hair pasta (or your favorite pasta)
  • 8 ounces cooked seafood (fish or shellfish or mix it up)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

    While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet over low heat. Add next 8 ingredients (tomatoes - pepper), cook stirring until heated.

    Stir in cooked seafood (which has been seared or sauted or it isn't stone cold).

    Spoon sauce over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
