- 1 lb. seafood (scallops and/or shrimp)
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. shallots
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Saute shallots, garlic, parsley, butter and olive oil until softened.

2Add artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.

3Add seafood; cook 2 to 3 minutes.

4Add cup of cream; bring to boil.

5Serve over pasta.
