- 4 to 6 oz. cooked shrimp or crab meat
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced scallions
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
- 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- melted butter
Directions

1Combine shrimp or crab meat, cream cheese, scallions, garlic, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce in bowl.

2Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

3It should be strongly flavored.

4To assemble, place a sheet of phyllo dough on work surface and brush with butter.

5Layer another sheet and repeat.

6Cut dough into 6 strips.

7Place 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons of cheese mixture onto each strip.

8Fold like a flag into a triangle shape.

9Lightly butter tops.

10Repeat until dough and filling are used up.

11Bake in preheated 400° oven 10 to 15 minutes.
