  • 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (3 oz.) can (2/3 c.) broiled sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion

Directions

    In skillet brown rice in butter.

    Add mushrooms, with liquid, remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.

    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake covered at 350° for 55 minutes.

    Fluff with fork. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
