- 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) can (2/3 c.) broiled sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1In skillet brown rice in butter.

2Add mushrooms, with liquid, remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.

3Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake covered at 350° for 55 minutes.

5Fluff with fork. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
