Ingredients
- 1 pizza shell
- 1/2 c. asparagus, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. raw scallops
- 1/4 lb. seafood flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 4 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Saute 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, shrimp and scallops until almost done.

3Do not overcook!

4Drain off juice. Spread 1/2 tablespoon oil over pie crust.

5Add shrimp, scallops and garlic and spread over pie crust evenly.

6Spread seafood flakes evenly.

7Add 1/2 of both shredded cheeses.

8Spread asparagus evenly and add rest of shredded cheeses.

9Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and bake until crust and cheese get slightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.
