  • 9-inch pastry shell, unbaked
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. cooked crab, lobster or shrimp
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • pepper

Directions

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add fish and cook 2 minutes more. Beat eggs, cream and seasoning.

    Add cheese, fish and onion.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
