- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 3 large eggs
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 lb. cooked shrimp
