  • 2 deep dish pie crusts, thawed and pricked
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese (mild)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 lb. cooked shrimp
