  • 1 c. Orzo (Ronzoni #47)
  • 5 to 6 celery stalks
  • 1 large green and red pepper
  • 3 whole scallions (about)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 lb. or more sea legs
  • lemon juice
  • 1 small jar Hellmann's mayonnaise or 3/4 (1 pt.) jar

Directions

    Cook Orzo.

    Drain and place in large bowl.

    Cut very fine the celery.

    Add to bowl.

    Also cut fine green or red pepper; add. Mince scallions; add.

    Grate some red onion (to taste).

    Mix everything together.

    Add sea legs.

    Sprinkle lemon juice to taste.

    Mix in mayonnaise to taste.

    Chill before serving.
