- 1 c. Orzo (Ronzoni #47)
- 5 to 6 celery stalks
- 1 large green and red pepper
- 3 whole scallions (about)
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lb. or more sea legs
- lemon juice
- 1 small jar Hellmann's mayonnaise or 3/4 (1 pt.) jar
Directions

1Cook Orzo.

2Drain and place in large bowl.

3Cut very fine the celery.

4Add to bowl.

5Also cut fine green or red pepper; add. Mince scallions; add.

6Grate some red onion (to taste).

7Mix everything together.

8Add sea legs.

9Sprinkle lemon juice to taste.

10Mix in mayonnaise to taste.

11Chill before serving.

12Makes enough to serve 4 to 6 people.
