  • 16 oz. seashell pasta, cooked
  • 8 oz. imitation crab
  • 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
  • 10 oz. frozen peas, blanched
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Drain pasta and cool.

    Add crab, onions, peas and tomato. Blend together mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar and seasoning. Blend gently the two mixtures.

    Makes about 12 cups.
