Strawberry Roll

   Beat egg whites until frothy.

   Add cream of tartar; beat until stiff.

   Add sugar gradually.

   Add beaten egg yolks, flour and vanilla.

   Pour into greased jelly roll pan.

   Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

   Turn out on towel which has been sprinkled with powdered sugar.

   Roll up towel and let cool.

   When cooled, unroll and sprinkle sliced strawberries over cake.

    Spread whipped cream on top of berries and roll back up.
