- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or 3/4 c. fresh
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
- 6 saltine crackers, crushed
Directions

1Saute celery, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce in butter until vegetables are tender.

2Add mayonnaise.

3Pour lemon juice over shrimp and crabmeat.

4Add to first mixture.

5Put into greased casserole and top with crushed saltines and Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with Waverly crackers.

8This recipe can be prepared ahead, frozen and baked prior to serving.
